About this event
Ever wonder who is visiting your backyard at night, such as owls or bats? Our nocturnal friends are just as important for our ecosystems as their daytime counterparts. The Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ Educator, Melissa West, will shed light on these nocturnal creatures visiting your yard and will discuss the benefits these critters provide. Learn how you can create your own nighttime wildlife paradise and how your yard can contribute to a healthy ecosystem. Talk is free with Gardens admission or membership. No pre-registration required. Held in the Garden Room. Eastern screech owl photo credit: Harry Collins.
