About this event
This Halloween skip the tricks and give your soul a beautiful treat. Join Heather for a magical evening of deep relaxation, soothing vibrations, and peaceful stillness. Let the sound of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments melt away stress and invite your body, mind, and spirit, into a state of rest.
As the days grow shorter and the energy of autumn settles in, we’re reminded to slow down, turn inward, and take care of ourselves. This sound bath is an invitation to release what feels heavy, quiet the busy mind and reconnect with the calm that already lives within you. Give yourself permission to: Let go of stress, rest and restore, embrace a little magic, nourish your spirit, simply be.
